At Love, Christie, every mirror is a labor of love. These policies ensure your beautiful bespoke piece arrives safely and that our creative process remains sustainable and fair for everyone.
Shipping & Delivery
All our mirrors are hand-painted and made-to-order right here in the UK. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, please allow a lead time of 2-4 weeks for custom pieces. For larger wedding mirrors, we offer local delivery or collection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Keepsake mirrors are securely packaged and posted via tracked courier services to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
Because each mirror is personalised and approved prior to starting , we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind once painting has commenced. However, if your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can put it right. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of booking your slot, provided work has not yet started.
